Processing time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery time
We offer worldwide shipping. Typical delivery window: 6–15 business days (destination, customs, and peak seasons may affect timing).

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Order tracking

  • Log in to My Account → Orders → select your order → Track shipment.

  • Or use the “View your order” link in your shipping email.
    Note: Tracking events usually appear 12–24 hours after dispatch.

Taxes & duties (international orders)
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your local customs authority. These are not included at checkout unless stated otherwise and are the customer’s responsibility.

Address changes
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@petsivo.com We can update addresses before your order ships. After dispatch, changes may not be possible.

Missed delivery / returned to sender
If a package is returned due to missed delivery, incorrect address, or refusal to pay customs, we can resend (new shipping charge applies) or refund the item(s) minus original shipping once received back in original condition.

Partial shipments
To speed things up, items may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

Pre-orders & backorders (if applicable)
Pre-order items ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. Your confirmation email will include the estimated ship date.

Package lost or stalled?
If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, or your order hasn’t arrived 20 business days after dispatch, contact us: support@petsivo.com We’ll help right away.
